Insurer

Organisation (legal entity), generating insurance, assuming an obligation for a fee to compensate the policyholder or other person to whom the signed insurance, losses or pay the sum insured resulting from an insured event resulting in the contract. In the international insurance practice to designate the insurer also uses the term underwriter. The insurer shall enter into specific relationships with the insured. In their actions, creating these relationships, it is guided by the existing insurer and in society in general insurance interests.
